Best way to partner up in investing in rental properties?
my brothers and i want to put in our money together and buy a few investment properties to rent out so we were wondering how would we do this? i was thinking of making a trust and putting the properties under the trust so everything would be equal but my oldest brother was thinking of setting up a management company business. so what do you think we should do?
and no we are not afraid of one of us trying to screw any of us over it’s just that we want everything to be under one entity or whatevers
Partners hardly work. Been there done that with other businesses. someone is always going to be doing more work than the other which causes allot of tension in the relationship. But the best way would be the trust and spell out each others responsibilities. That way it’s in writing.
